Acquiring and Using Names In .EWE

.EWE is a Top Level Domain (TLD) in the internet's Domain Name System.

.EWE is like any other TLD, such as .com or .org except in one extremely important aspect: .ewe is not among the TLDs that are found in the dominant DNS root.  This means that names in .ewe are of limited visibility and use.  (See the Warnings and Disclaimers)

Names in .ewe are registered and maintained quite differently than names in other TLDs.

Names in .ewe are represented using cryptographic certificates that are the electronic equivalent of "Bearer" instruments in the financial world.  In other words, whoever has the certificate (or a copy of the certificate) for a name in .ewe is  the owner and and has control of that name.
